Flowers for Weddings & Parties
We will do our utmost to make sure that no matter what your budget is, our flowers will make your special day perfect.
Nothing is more important to us. We can discuss the colours and styles you prefer and are entirely flexible about how your day is organised. We can do as much or as little as suits you. We can make some things and leave you to do the rest. It’s entirely up to you. Our aim is to make everything as stress-free as possible while giving you the most beautiful flowers.
If you would like us to create the arrangements, we think carefully about how church decorations can be re-used at the party afterwards. However, if you prefer to arrange the flowers yourself, we can advise you on the number of flowers required and can supply appropriate quantities of DIY flowers and foliage, sold by the bucket.
As a guideline, a bucket of DIY flowers contains 50 stems, which costs £70. Each bucket includes some accent/star flowers, some filler flowers and some delicate flowers to give the bouquets/arrangements life and movement. There will also be some greenery. Therefore, 1 bucket will do either:
- 1 bride’s bouquet or
- 2 x bridesmaid’s posies/bouquets
A big pedestal arrangement for the church/wedding venue might require 2 x buckets.
It can be difficult to visualise just how many bud vases or posies you need for table decorations, so we thought these photos – all on a table set for 12 people, would give you a better idea.
